Quinoa Flake Porridge – Vegan & Gluten free
½ cup of water
½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk or almond milk
¼ cup organic quinoa flakes
1 small ripe frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp linseed meal
1 tbsp chia seeds
Top as you please! The world is your oyster.
