The Original Smoothie Bowl

This recipe made me fall in love with smoothie bowls, it was my original go to bowl and it never fails to disappoint!

1 large ripe frozen banana
1/4 large avocado
1 cup of fresh spinach
Tbsp peanut butter
Tbsp chia seeds
1/3 cup of coconut mylk @rebel_kitchen
Blend all of the above first – then add one cup of frozen blueberries & blend again.

Add more liquid if needed – but remember it’s a smoothie bowl, so you want it to be thicker in consistency.

Topped with coconut chips, cocoa nibs & paleo mix from @aldiaustralia

I use the @ninjakitchen Auto IQ for blending.
