A delicious vegan dessert that’s easy to prepare and super satisfying without the massive sugar crash.

Cashew a date – Vegan & Gluten free treat

150g raw cashew nuts, unsalted
50g quinoa flakes or rolled oats
(If substituting with rolled oats make sure they are gluten free)
4 pitted medjool dates
50g coconut oil

350g pitted medjool dates
½ cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk
150g coconut oil
25ml rice malt syrup or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

150g coconut oil, melted
5 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tsp rice malt syrup or maple syrup
