Everyone’s journey to wellness looks and feels different! I try to approach my journey with a sense of curiosity, rather than rigidity. Personally rigidity has only resulted in frustration and obsessiveness. I’ve enjoyed getting curious about what works best for ME! This includes swapping up my work outs and exploring what food groups my body responds best to. The process is not linear and there is no final destination…. get curious and make the journey your own!
